CANCELLATION POLICY

For ALL scalp facial services you must pay a deposit to book your appointment. After the completion of your service, you must pay the remaining cost of the service you reserved (minus the deposit you already made when booking the appointment). 100% of your deposit will be refunded to the card on file if you cancel at least 24hours before the appointment. I ask for AT LEAST 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. TO CANCEL YOUR APT PLEASE TEXT 970-390-8083 Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a forfeiture of the FULL deposit. “NO CALL, NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the remaining FULL reserved service amount minus their deposit that was made when booking to your credit card on file OR will be invoiced the remaining amount to your email on file. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit to the card on file!
